An Anaesthesiologist by Profession - She did her M.D. Anaesthesia from Sion Hospital, Mumbai - the largest tertiary care centre for trauma emergencies in the state. (She was an Assistant Professor at Sion Hospital & Rajawadi Hospital, Mumbai, before starting private practice at Dombivli, Maharashtra).
She’s an American Heart Association trained and certified instructor in “Basic Life Support” & “Advanced Cardiac Life Support” and the “Heartsaver” courses & IRC (Indian Resuscitation Council) trained & certified instructor for COLS, BCLS & CCLS and has been actively training doctors, paramedics, ERTs, nursing staff, and other lay responders techniques of CPR & AED along with FIRST-AID.
She has worked at the frontlines saving lives by using these techniques of CPR as a part of her everyday work.

She believes in the urgent need for a “ LIFE SAVING MOVEMENT” in India right now and is passionate about teaching the life-saving techniques and first-aid..
